The Holy Trinity- How can it possibly be?

That God be Three-in-one, yet one-in-Three.

It goes beyond what one can fully reason,

But let me share with you a spiritual lesson.

In order to understand the Holy Trinity,

One must first attend University!

As any good scholar of higher learning

The first school is: the School of Unity.

Unity— Is a school of complexities

            working together in harmony

            forming a single identity.

A simple analogy is: “The Church.”

The church is one body with many members,

called from every nation, tribe, tongue, and people

who by one Spirit, one faith, one hope, one love  

are working together as one witness to all.

Having graduated from the school of unity,

The next school is: the School of Diversity. 

Diversity—Is a school of variety

                   having distinct departments

                   exhibiting different roles and functions.  

A simple analogy is: “The World”.

The World population is made up of a variety of peoples,

having distinctions of race, culture, learning, nationality,

and that exhibit different roles and functions in society.

Having now graduated from the school of diversity,

There is one more school to attend: the School of Community.

Community—Is fellowship

                        working together in close interactions

                        toward a common interest or goal.

A simple analogy is: “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit”

To reiterate and plainly state let me just simply say,

Unity in Diversity within the Community is the Trinity!

A simple analogy is: “The Church” going into “The World”

in the triune name of  “God the Father, God the Son, and

God the Holy Spirit” to preach the gospel to all nations.

And now you know why God is God is God with a capital “G”!
